Job Description
CFC of commercial employee completed with confirmed experience in HR or Bachelor's degree. You have one or more years of HR experience as an assistant in personnel management or considered equivalent. A federal certificate as an HR specialist is a plus. Knowledge of social insurance and Swiss labor law. Proficiency in Excel and HRIS (ideally SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central). Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French, with a B2 level in assertiveness, active listening, and teamwork. Analytical mindset, agility, and the ability to manage priorities. Rigor, reliability, and respect for confidentiality. HR admin with tasks that straddle admin & development initially, with the potential to evolve into an HR Business Partner role in 1 or 2 years. Swiss legal knowledge B2. Be a quality HR reference, particularly for ISO standards, as well as for managing various HR tasks, including payroll preparation in tandem, drafting employment contracts, monitoring absences and medical visits.
