The Job:

Job Title: HR Manager

Location: London

Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 (DoE)

What would I be doing day to day?

Key duties:

Manage the day to day HR operations and employee lifecycle
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from job briefings to onboarding, training hiring managers on interview process
Advising managers on HR best practice and employment law
Regularly collate and build reports on HR data and metrics, to present to the board and support the HR strategy
Manage payroll and benefits, benchmarking and going to market for competitor

What is the company looking for?

4-6 years' HR experience
Experience working in a small HR function or standalone role
CIPD qualification desirable but not essential
Strong and effective communicator, written and verbal
