We have an exciting opportunity for an HR Manager - Permanent role in a Motor Vehicle Manufacturing company. It is a significant Chinese automobile OEM with R&D centers in several locations to address various automotive engineering specialties.

• Supervise a small HR staff that will assist in all HR-related tasks necessary to meet organisational objectives.

• 3 years of relevant HR experience.
• Proficiency in English and Chinese, both spoken and written.
• Strong interpersonal communication abilities.
• Proficient with the Microsoft Office suite.
• Thorough understanding of UK labour law.
• Professional experience in budget planning, hiring and employee relations.
• Degree in HR or a related field is preferred.
• Level 5 or above CIPD qualification.
• Second-line HR skills verified by relevant experience in a similar setting.
