HR Manager - Manufacturing Growth & Employee Relations (Car Allowance)

Henlee Resourcing has been retained by a niche manufacturing, engineering and construction business with bases in Stonehouse and Wolverhampton to search for their new HR Manager. This is a new role created due to growth and reports to a progressive Director.

The HR Manager will lead employee relations, ensure UK employment law compliance, and provide commercially focused people solutions across both sites, with travel between Stonehouse and Wolverhampton.
