HR Leader: Leadership & People Development

Jobtailor in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced HR leader to design and deliver a management development programme for managers across the business. You will coach managers on performance management, absence management and difficult conversations, acting as a trusted HR advisor to both line managers and the Executive Team.

You will lead complex employee relations cases, ensure legal compliance, and oversee onboarding, performance management and talent development.
