HR Lead - People & Culture in Care

Dovida is seeking an experienced HR professional to join our Ireland team in Swords, delivering recruitment, employee relations and HR administration across our network of offices.

You will manage onboarding, handle employee queries, and coordinate engagement activities while ensuring confidentiality and accuracy. A Bachelor or Master in HRM with 4-5 years HR experience is preferred, healthcare familiarity a plus, for a permanent full-time role.
