As we embark on an exciting integration journey, we seek a skilled HR Integration Lead to join our team and support our HR Business Partner (HRBP) team.

Job Description

The HR Integration Lead will organise and facilitate organisation changes arising from the integration. This position is accountable for supporting organisational design and restructuring plans, orchestrating their execution, and serving as a key enabler for the HRBP team. The HR Lead must maintain a deep understanding of the business's goals while championing best practices in workforce planning, role profiling, and employee experience.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with senior leaders and HRBPs to assess, develop, and implement organisational design solutions aligned to business strategy.

  • Lead and coordinate restructuring projects, including analysis, planning, stakeholder engagement, and communication.

  • Ensure seamless execution of redesign and restructuring activities, minimising disruption and maximising positive outcomes.

  • Run key HR processes associated with organisational changes, from initial planning through to implementation and post-change review.

  • Develop and maintain process documentation, timelines, and reporting mechanisms to ensure transparency and accountability.

  • Monitor compliance with internal policies and legal requirements throughout all process stages.

  • Own and update role profiles in accordance with organisational needs, ensuring clarity and consistency in responsibilities, capabilities, and career pathways.

  • Manage role mapping activities during design and restructuring, supporting line managers and HRBPs in matching talent to business requirements.

  • Design and execute the Day 1 experience for all new joiners, ensuring a welcoming and informative induction aligned to company culture and values.

  • Provide hands-on operational and project support to HRBP colleagues across all HR processes and projects.

  • Act as a trusted advisor to HRBPs, offering expertise on organisational structure, role mapping, and change management.

  • Facilitate collaboration between HRBPs and other HR functions, ensuring integrated and effective service delivery.

Skills & Experience
  • Significant experience in organisation design, change management, or HR project management.

  • Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.

  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
