HR Graduate: Talent & Learning Administrator

CDE is seeking an HR Graduate / Talent Administrator to join the global Talent team. The role covers the full employee lifecycle, with a focus on Learning & Development and coordination of training activities.

You'll manage the LMS, support the Personal Development Review process, and collaborate with managers to develop a skilled, engaged workforce across sites. Travel between Cookstown/Monkstown will be required two days a week.
