HR Governance Lead - Flexible Working & Strategic Compliance

Fusion Energy Base is seeking an HR Governance Lead to ensure the People, Culture & Skills function operates with strong governance and effective assurance. You will develop governance frameworks, oversee HR policies, and support decision-making with insights and reports.

The ideal candidate has significant experience in HR governance, a CIPD Level 7 qualification, and strong knowledge of UK employment law. This role offers a salary of £58,320 and a range of benefits including a performance bonus and pension scheme.
