Please note any offer of employment for this position is conditional upon the successful completion of a pre-employment medical examination, including drug and alcohol screening, conducted by a medical practitioner designated by the Company Role Overview We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Talent & Capability Generalist to support the delivery and coordination of talent and development initiatives across a large manufacturing facility.This role will play a key part in enabling a culture of continuous learning by supporting programmes such as Course Funding, Lifelong Learning, Succession Planning, Talent Management, and Development Programmes.The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative, analytical, and communication skills, with a proven ability to manage large volumes of data efficiently. A key requirement for this role is advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to manipulate, cleanse, and analyse significant datasets using tools such as pivot tables, lookups, dashboards, and data visualisation techniques. Key Responsibilities Talent & Capability Coordination Provide administrative support for Talent & Capability activities, including scheduling, tracking, and reporting on training programmes Responsible for managing, analysing, and translating large volumes of data into accurate, meaningful insights and clear stakeholder-ready presentations.
