HR Generalist: Shape People, Policies & Performance

Reed is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to shape HR across the employee lifecycle in a growing business. Reporting to Directors, the role covers employee relations, performance management, recruitment, onboarding and learning and development, ensuring policies align with employment law and company values.

You will act as a trusted advisor, manage ER cases end-to-end, coordinate appraisals, support recruitment and onboarding, and drive continuous improvement across HR processes.
