HR Generalist: Onboarding & Employee Lifecycle

KLA is seeking a capable HR professional to support the HR team across the employee lifecycle. You will coordinate onboarding activities, conduct inductions, and assist with day-to-day HR operations and administration.

The role involves ensuring compliance with policies and handling sensitive information with discretion. You will support UK HR initiatives, wellbeing, inclusion and community engagement programs, while collaborating with HRBP partners and cross functional teams.
