HR Generalist: Employee Relations & Payroll (EMEA)

Collins McNicholas Group in Mayo is seeking an HR Generalist to be the primary point of contact for employees and to manage day-to-day HR operations across the business. You will ensure consistent application of policies, processes and guidelines and partner with managers to deliver practical HR solutions.

This role covers employee relations, payroll support, data and compliance, and HR administration, including onboarding, probation tracking and GDPR activities.
