HR Generalist & People Services Partner

Jersey Evening Post is seeking an HR Generalist to support the full employee lifecycle and deliver day-to-day HR administration. You will own key processes including recruitment, onboarding, absence management, performance reviews, and payroll administration.

Working with the HR Director, you will provide proactive guidance to managers and staff while ensuring compliance with employment law and company policies. A collaborative, respectful work environment is expected.
