HR Generalist & People Partner - UK (Early Finish Fridays)

Parker Meggitt, a Parker Hannifin company, is seeking an HR Specialist at the Loughborough site to provide proactive HR support to leaders and colleagues. You will focus on employee relations, coaching managers, and ensuring HR policies align with UK employment law.

You will work in a matrix environment, handle payroll end-to-end, manage absence and terminations, support change management, and maintain records compliant with GDPR and ISO 9001.
