HR Generalist

Back 4 Good are assisting in the sourcing of a HR Generalist within the clients operations division.

This permanent role based in Dublin will carry an attractive package.

The client is looking for an individual with strong Union and HR experience to join a strong and highly skilled professional team.

The primary objective of the role is to provide HR support to include IR, Recruitment, Training, Employees Relations, Compliance.

You will hold a HR Degree minimum of 4 years experience in a Generalist role.

Strong experience in IR, Disciplinary & Grievances matters.

Strong experience in Union environment.

Preparing and presenting third party hearings.

Strong Employment Law knowledge.

Excellent Microsoft products skills.

Travel throughout Ireland so a driver's licence is essential.
