HR Generalist - Fast-Paced Growth & Payroll Impact

MCS Group is supporting a growing organisation in a fast-paced industry, seeking an HR Officer to join the team. This broad, hands-on generalist role covers the full employee lifecycle including recruitment, employee relations, payroll, performance, development and HR administration.

You'll provide day-to-day HR support across the business, working with the wider HR team, managers and employees, and taking responsibility for key HR and payroll processes. CIPD qualification is advantageous.
