HR Generalist - Cluster Talent & Engagement (Maternity Cover)

Lighthouse Hotel Management is seeking a Cluster HR Executive on a maternity cover basis. This role partners with hotel leadership to champion employee engagement, drive talent development, and shape a positive workplace culture across multiple properties.

You will bring strong UK Employment Law knowledge, ER experience, and a proven ability to design and deliver training while coaching Heads of Department. A professional, confidential manner and a passion for people are essential.
