HR Executive - Part Time/Reduced Hours

Our client, a high profile employer in the city centre are now looking to recruit an experienced HR Executive to join the team and cover a 32 hour working week.

The Job

The successful candidate will report to the HR Director but also work closely with the Operations Manager in Limerick and will cover a wide remit of HR duties and projects across the site. These will include, but not be limited to, employee engagement and query resolution, recruitment and onboarding of new hires, overseeing training activities, updating employee data, T&A/payroll reporting, delivering HR change projects and supporting the wider leadership and operations teams with their HR needs.

Qualifications

• 3rd level degree qualified in a HR or related discipline.
• 2-3+ years relevant HR experience ideally in a broad based HR generalist or senior HR administrator role.
• Excellent inter-personal skills and ability to interact with colleagues at all levels.
• Strong IT, data and HR reporting skills.

The Offer

This is a permanent part-time/reduced hours HR role working approx. 32 hours per week. Salary will depend on candidate skills and experience but is expected to range up to 40-43k pro-rata. Days and hours to be worked will be agreed between both parties.

Please note this role will be fully office based in Limerick city centre.
