HR Engagement Manager

I am recruiting on behalf of a successful Global Manufacturing business, based from Wolverhampton, for a newly created Engagement & Comms Manager role.Reporting into the HR Director, and working as part of the established HR team as the Engagement & Comms Manager you will utilise the newly implemented comms system to develop consistent communication and engagement across an employee population that sits across sites, which are globally based.They are looking for a Global communication approach to build collaboration and connection, to identify and implement company-wide events, internal working groups etc to support inclusion, and develop employee engagement.

As an experienced Engagement & Comms Manager you will have experience of designing and implementing a range of diverse and collaborative engagement activities and events across a multi-sited, global business.
