HR Due Diligence Manager for M&A Value Creation

Deloitte's M&A advisory team in Manchester is seeking a Manager to join our HR Due Diligence group. You will contribute to HR due diligence analyses, vendor and acquiror diligence, and post-signing reviews across sectors and geographies, supporting headline transactions with a commercial focus.

You'll analyse the financial implications of HR issues, prepare reports, and work with cross-border teams to deliver end-to-end deal services.
