HR Director: Executive Partner for UK & Ireland

Vista is seeking an experienced HR Director to shape and deliver the people strategy across the UK and Ireland. You will report to the CEO, lead a small HR team and partner with the executive team to drive governance, talent management and organisational change.

The role requires robust knowledge of UK and Irish employment law, strategic thinking and the ability to implement scalable HR frameworks that support growth and high-performance cultures.
