We are looking to support the search for a personality eager to invest in a demanding and stimulating context as:DIRECTOR OF HUMAN RESOURCESAt the heart of cultural and organizational changesYour responsibilitiesAs a member of the Executive Committee, you define and deploy the group's HR strategy in line with business priorities, legal frameworks, and strategic issues. You lead the entire HR function, making it a lever for sustainable performance. At the helm of an engaged and dynamic HR team, you continue the rollout of strong and coherent HR practices to establish a controlled framework, allowing managers to act with confidence. As a partner to the General Director and management, you contribute to the evolution of sensitive or complex management issues by bringing forward solutions. As a guarantor of constructive social dialogue, you maintain a trusting relationship with social partners and drive key initiatives to support the company's objectives. You anticipate competency needs, develop succession plans, and ensure rigorous management of workforce, costs, and HR risks, in a context of model evolution requiring numerous changes.ProfileRecognized for your leadership and dynamism, you are eager to evolve managerial practices and corporate culture. Holding a higher education degree, you have confirmed experience in a HR management position, ideally acquired in an industrial environment. You have a solid understanding of Swiss labor law and possess experience in social dialogue.
