HR Director

Our client is a Multinational Company with a remarkable presence worldwide and a fast growing business.

In order to expand the structure, we are looking for an HR Director.

Main Responsibilities

• HR Strategy: Define and implement the human resources strategy in line with corporate objectives, promoting a company culture focused on innovation and growth.
• Personnel Management: Oversee all payroll, onboarding, training, development, and employee retention activities.
• Organizational Development: Foster training and professional development initiatives, plan career paths and performance evaluation programs.
• Relations and Communication: Manage labor relations and internal communications, ensuring a positive and respectful work environment.
• Compliance and Policies: Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies, updating HR procedures in accordance with current regulations.
• HR Digitalization: Implement and optimize information systems and digital tools for human resources management.
• Employee Wellbeing and Company Culture: Promote wellbeing, diversity & inclusion, and employee engagement initiatives.

Requirements

• Degree in humanities, economics, or related fields; a Master's degree or HR specialization is preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in HR roles, preferably within tech companies or innovative sectors.
• Solid experience in strategic human resources management.
• In-depth knowledge of Italian labor laws and HR best practices.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and change management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Familiarity with digital systems and HRIS tools.
• Proactivity, problem-solving skills, and results orientation.
• Excellent command of the English language: C1 level.

Salary package: euro 80.000/85.000 + MBO
