HR Data Privacy Analyst

Overview

• Support global data privacy strategy for Human Resources function


• Enable the implementation of framework and operate data privacy controls effectively


• Support HR stakeholders to prepare and review Data Privacy cases for management


• Assist in review and approval of Privacy Assessments


• Provide support on governance activities and Data Security management


• Partner with HR functions to support delivery of PIA and controls


• Provide advice on data privacy queries


• Lead workshops and training sessions around data privacy

Requirements

• Experience working in Data related fields


• Ability to influence key stakeholders within HR function


• Attention to detail and ability to draw key information from stakeholders


• Experience supporting large scale and complex global programmes


• Knowledge of risk management in the area of expertise


• Proven track record of delivering on time and to a high level of quality


• Experience working with Legal, Regulatory Compliance, Data Office, and other Risk Stewards


• Proven analytical skills and ability to drive excellence and problem-solving
