HR Coordinator 6 month FTC Bolton

Your new roleAs an HR Co-ordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Head of People and the wider People Team to deliver a professional and efficient HR service. You'll provide guidance on a range of people-related matters, support managers in applying HR policies, and contribute to the development of HR systems and processes. This is a varied role where you'll be involved in everything from recruitment support and policy updates to wellbeing initiatives and employee engagement projects.
What you will need to succeed

  • A solid understanding of employment law and HR best practices.
  • Experience in a generalist HR role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems (e.g., Cascade).
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • A discreet, emotionally intelligent, and proactive approach to your work.
