Job Description

Note: This role is 16 hours per week, working 4 hours each Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday.

We're looking for an HR Coordinator who will play a key role in supporting our people strategy and ensuring every colleague-from new starter to long-serving employee-feels valued, supported and set up for success.

Responsibilities
  • Supporting with administrative tasks in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Assist with Business Inductions for all new colleagues.
  • Assist the recruitment process in accordance with all company and legal requirements.
  • Dealing with incoming and outgoing correspondence - emails, letters, phone calls etc.
  • Maintain a complete record of interviews and new hires.
  • Attend job fairs and careers events.
  • Arrange all flight and travel for any off-island needs.
  • Coordinate recruitment figures in a daily/weekly report.
  • Coordinate the company benefits package.
