We're working with a large international law firm with a sophisticated, matrixed HR function and significant UK and international reach. It's the kind of environment where HR is expected to understand the business, challenge constructively and contribute to commercial decisions.

You'll work directly with senior leaders on the people agenda - workforce planning, organisational design, change, succession, leadership capability and the more complex people issues that sit behind business decisions.

It's less about being the person who deals with every HR query and much more about helping leaders think through what they need from their people.

They need someone who can build trust quickly but who is also comfortable challenging. You'll need strong commercial judgement, good change experience and the ability to use people data and insight rather than relying purely on instinct.
