What You'll Be Doing Partnering with the Business- Build strong relationships with stakeholders across Technology & Business Process and Supply Chain functions.
- Provide proactive HR advice, coaching, and guidance to support business objectives.
- Collaborate with leaders on workforce planning, organisational development, and people initiatives.
- Analyse employee feedback, engagement data, turnover trends, and other people metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement initiatives that enhance employee engagement, retention, wellbeing, and overall employee experience.
- Support the delivery of employee-focused events and programmes throughout the year.
- Ensure the smooth delivery of core HR processes, including onboarding, offboarding, employee changes, compensation updates, benefits administration, absence management, and visa-related activities.
- Partner closely with HR colleagues and payroll teams to ensure accurate and timely processing of employee information.
- Maintain compliance with relevant employment legislation, data protection requirements, and internal policies.
- Coach and support managers on a broad range of employee relations matters, including performance management, probation reviews, absence management, disciplinary and grievance processes, and workplace wellbeing.
- Work collaboratively with the Talent Acquisition team to support recruitment and selection activities, including participation in interviews where required.
- Lead and support a variety of HR projects and business initiatives.
- Contribute to organisational change programmes and continuous improvement projects.
- Help deliver people-focused solutions that support business growth and transformation.
- Review and maintain HR policies and procedures in line with legislative changes and best practice.
- Identify opportunities to enhance the employee value proposition and improve HR processes.
- Support the implementation and communication of new initiatives, policies, and programmes.
- Previous experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar HR generalist role.
- Strong understanding of UK employment legislation and HR best practice.
- Experience managing a wide range of employee relations cases.
- Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and confidently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making capability.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Willingness to travel occasionally across the EMEA region.
- CIPD qualified (Level 5 or above) or equivalent professional qualification.
- Experience supporting Technology, IT, Supply Chain, or business support functions.
- Knowledge of European employment practices and regulations, including works councils and pay transparency requirements.
