Key ResponsibilitiesManaging employee relations, recruitment, talent management, championing a great workplace culture. Candidate ProfileExperience as a standalone HR Business Partner, confident to play an active role supporting the Leadership team, ideally CIPD Level 5. Experience of Workday would be beneficial.
