This is a unique opportunity for a strategic, motivated, and experienced HR Business Partner to join an ambitious and forward-thinking People Team. As a Strategic HR Business Partner, you will be part of a team transforming how HR supports and drives organisational success. You'll bring energy, expertise, and insight to the table - helping shape our people strategy, empower our leaders, and champion a culture of excellence and inclusivity.

What will you be doing?

Partnering with the Executive Committee (ExCo) and Senior Leadership Team (SLT) to deliver impactful people strategies.

Leading on organisational design, workforce planning, and HR change programmes.

Providing expert HR advice on complex casework, employee relations, reward, performance and engagement.

Influencing leaders to ensure the people agenda drives high performance and cultural alignment.

Collaborating with key partners across Talent, OD, Reward and Recruitment to deliver cohesive people initiatives.

Supporting the Head of People Partnering & Operations and deputising where needed.

Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including Capita HR.

What are we looking for?

Proven experience in strategic HR partnering at senior levels.

Strong understanding of HR legislation, policy development and best practice.

Experience of leading on change and transformation programmes.

Skilled in conflict resolution, employee relations, and workforce planning.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent communication, analysis and problem-solving skills.

A collaborative mindset with the confidence to challenge and influence at all levels.

Degree-level qualification or equivalent experience.

CIPD Chartered Member status or equivalent HR experience (minimum 5 years at senior level).

Strong analytical, project management and leadership capabilities.
