Pro Infirmis employs approximately number people at over 50 locations and places the well-being and development of its teams at the heart of its mission. As part of the expansion of its HR team, we have been retained to assist Pro Infirmis in the search for its next HR Business Partner - Western Region (%).At the core of human resources development in French-speaking Switzerland.Your responsibilities: Reporting to the Head of the HR and IT department, you will be in charge of all HR activities in the Western region, which comprises approximately 400 employees in the cantons of FR, JU, NE, VD, and GE. You ensure the consistent implementation of HR processes, regulations, and policies. You support managers in their missions, personally intervening on sensitive or complex cases within the context of a new structure. You supervise and coordinate a small team of HR generalists and play a central role in developing skills, engagement, and commitment.Proactive, you participate in structuring projects such as HR restructuring, process optimization, or salary revision, and contribute to making Pro Infirmis a modern employer. Your transversal role leads you to collaborate closely with headquarters teams and ensure coherence between regional and headquarters practices.Profile: Open-minded, agile, and equipped with solid emotional intelligence, you know how to navigate smoothly in a dynamic environment and adapt to the diversity of professions and stakeholders. You demonstrate a high degree of autonomy, a keen sense of responsibility, and can unite around common objectives. You combine vision and practicality and master current HR challenges - recruitment, advising and coaching managers, skill development, engagement, and employee satisfaction. Motivated by the development of the HR function, you wish to actively contribute to the development of Pro Infirmis in French-speaking Switzerland. You hold a higher education degree with a focus on HR or equivalent and have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role, ideally with some managerial experience. You are fluent in French and have a good knowledge of German; Italian and English are a plus.
