Job Description
Ria Money Transfer in London is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support UK & Ireland operations. You will guide managers on employee relations, absence, performance and change programmes within a global HR framework.
You will partner with senior leaders, ensure compliance with UK employment law and TUPE considerations, and drive a positive employee experience across circa 130 staff.
