About the Role

We are seeking an organised and detail-oriented HR Associate to join a busy HR Operations team. This role will support a range of HR administration and employee support activities, ensuring a high-quality service is delivered to internal stakeholders.

The successful candidate will be responsible for handling HR-related queries, maintaining employee records, supporting learning and development administration, and working across various HR systems. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong HR administration experience who enjoys working in a customer-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and resolve HR-related queries through HR systems and service management tools.

  • Provide administrative support across HR processes and employee life cycle activities.

  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data integrity.

  • Support learning and development administration and respond to training-related enquiries.

  • Communicate with employees and stakeholders via Microsoft Teams, email, and telephone.

  • Conduct data entry, validation, and record maintenance activities.

  • Assist with reporting, tracking, and monitoring HR activities.

  • Handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.

  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and process documentation.

  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver an efficient HR service.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience within an HR Administration, HR Support, or HR Operations role.

  • Strong data entry and record management experience.

  • Experience using HR systems and databases.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams.

  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Strong communication and customer service skills.

  • Ability to manage repetitive tasks while maintaining a high level of accuracy.

  • Planning and organisational skills.

  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Desirable Skills

  • Experience with ServiceNow.

  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS).

  • Previous experience supporting learning and development activities.

  • Experience within a shared services or HR operations environment.
