HR Assistant with an analytical profile for international mobility

We are looking for a Human Resources Assistant with an analytical profile for mobility. We are seeking a Human Resources Assistant with a strong analytical sense to support this team dedicated to benefits and mobility. You will play a key role in managing mobility and supporting the department's activities.Responsibilities:- Participate in mobility processes: transfer files and documents related to mobility with our specialty.- Collaborate with external partners (consultants, service providers, etc.) to ensure a smooth, efficient, and compliant internal process.- Ensure logistics and support: manage the team's schedules, communications, and tasks related to ongoing projects.- Contribute to service tasks and maintain data accuracy.Profile:- CFC (Commercial Employee Certificate) or Bachelor's degree (or equivalent).- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a corporate context.- Mastery of French and a very good level of English (C1) both orally and in writing.- Comfort with numbers: ability to analyze, compare, and interpret data effectively.- Good mastery of MS Office tools, particularly Excel, as well as Word and PowerPoint.- Autonomous, flexible, rigorous, detail-oriented, and with a strong sense of confidentiality.- Team spirit and developed service orientation.- Residence in Switzerland. jidbf1049baen jit0207aen jpiy26aen
