Job Description
The city of Fribourg is offering a position for an HR Assistant at 60% (M/F) in the Human Resources Service. Your missions:- Manage and process the time management and absences in our time management system X.- Perform data entry related to personal data in the salary system X and ensure its quality and efficiency.- Handle tasks related to personnel management and social insurance.- Act as an interface between the HR service and staff.Your profile:- Holder of a vocational diploma and training as a Personnel Management Assistant or deemed equivalent.- Minimum 2 years of experience in the field of Human Resources, ideally in the public sector.- Knowledge of a time management system X is desired.- Very good knowledge of written and oral communication tools.- Discretion, rigor, team spirit, and ease in working with others.- Mastery of French or German with good knowledge of the other language.Start date: April 1st or to be agreed upon.
