Situated in Château-d'Œx, at altitude, the Health Center of Pays-d'Enhaut offers a wide range of hospital services, accommodation, support for the elderly, as well as home care. For its Human Resources Department, the Health Center of Pays-d'Enhaut is looking for: HR Assistant 60%, from April 1 or to be agreed. Your mission: Tasks related to the entire life cycle of employment, managing salaries and social insurances, updating tracking files, and monitoring absences, drafting various documents. Profile: CFC of Commercial Employee or equivalent title completed by HR Manager diploma (formerly personnel management assistant), minimum 2 years of professional experience in a similar role, very good mastery of standard tools (MS-Office). Knowledge of Opale and Pro Concept is a plus. Strong sense of organization and priority management, good stress management, high discretion and confidentiality, ease in human relations and service orientation, interest in public health.
