GRADUATE HR TEMP - ONGOING!

Prestigious, internationally acclaimed Hedge Fund needs an outstanding, academic and analytically minded TEMP to join their fantastic team as an ongoing TEMP HR Assistant.

The TEMP role

• Recruitment support - creating job specs, liaison with external organisations
• Onboarding - background screening, hire inductions, systems set up
• Operational support - HR processes, Compliance, Payroll, performance management, health and safety, Implementation of HR systems
• 5 days in

The TEMP - about you

• Some experience working in HR will also look at internships, temping
• 12 months experience working in an administrative role
• Russell Group graduate or similar international university - First or 2.1, minimum AAB at A-level or equivalent essential!
• Confident, quick, 'can-do' and solutions-oriented
• hard working and flexible attitude
• Well-presented and professional
