HR Apprentice: Shape People Ops with AI & Onboarding

Loughborough College Group is seeking an HR Apprentice who will report directly to the HR Director, engaging in crucial HR tasks including onboarding new staff, managing employment contracts, and maintaining HR records. This role allows the apprentice to participate in a major technology refresh, improving HR processes and reporting KPIs.
