Kickstart (or continue) your career in HR with Daimler Truck UKWe're looking for a motivated and driven HR Apprentice to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is serious about building a career in HR - whether you're just starting out, transitioning into HR from another role, or have already completed a Level 3 HR apprenticeship and are ready to progress to Level 5.
This isn't a typical apprenticeship. Our HR team operates in a fast-paced, commercial environment, so we're looking for someone who can hit the ground running, juggle multiple priorities, and become a valued member of the team from day one.
Alongside hands on experience, you'll be supported through a Level 3 or Level 5 HR Apprenticeship, depending on your experience and capability.
What You'll Be DoingYou'll gain exposure across the full HR function, including:
Supporting day to day HR administration, ensuring records and documentation are accurate and up to date.
Acting as a first point of contact for HR queries, providing a professional and helpful service.
Supporting recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes.
Assisting with reward and benefits activities, including our company car scheme and benefits administration.
Supporting HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives. Using HR systems and data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Supporting employee relations administration with a high level of confidentiality. Building strong relationships across the business and developing an understanding of how HR supports operational success.
