HR&Training Manager

We are currently seeking applications from suitably qualified individuals to join our team.

The company recently transitioned to an Employee Ownership Trust to facilitate our succession plan, business continuity and growth.

We are currently looking to attract and recruit an enthusiastic individual to join our management team as the company embarks upon the next phase of its journey.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the day to day management of the HR, Training and Community Benefits agenda across the business.

They will be required to contribute to the achievement of the company's business objectives/targets and continuous improvement across the business.

Applicants should be qualified to at least CIPD Associate Diploma in People Management (or Equivalent). As appropriate the opportunity to pursue further education and professional development will be supported by the company.

A clean full driving license is required.
