HR & Safeguarding Generalist - Flexible Location

Barnsley Football Club is seeking an HR professional to provide generalist HR support and help develop HR initiatives. You will act as the Designated Safeguarding Officer, advising managers on policies and coordinating recruitment, DBS checks and on-boarding/off-boarding processes.

You will maintain employee records, generate HR reports, and promote an inclusive, confidential, and compliant HR environment across the Club in Blackburn.
