HR & People Operations Advisor

GradBay is seeking an HR Support partner to help run day-to-day HR operations and broader people initiatives. Working with leadership, you will guide managers, help deliver people plans, and ensure HR processes run smoothly.

You will handle onboarding, employee lifecycle, records, pre-employment checks, payroll administration, HR data reporting, and wellbeing and safety of the office. The role is full-time, permanent, Monday to Friday with probation and standard hours.
