HR & People Advisor - Employee Relations

London South East Academies Trust in Orpington is seeking a proactive People Advisor to support managers and staff across multiple sites, guiding them through the employee lifecycle from recruitment and selection to performance management.

You will manage HR/ER cases, coach managers, ensure policy compliance with current employment law, and contribute to wellbeing and engagement initiatives across Bromley, Bexley, Lambeth, Surrey and Sussex.
