HR & Operations Advisor - Corporate Centre

De Beers Group is seeking a People & Operations Advisor to deliver day-to-day HR advisory and operational support across the Corporate Centre, overseeing employee lifecycle, recruitment, onboarding, payroll, benefits and data management.

The role partners with managers and the Head of People to provide responsive, professional HR services, maintain records, ensure policy compliance and support change management while upholding the Group's values.
