HR & Culture Leader for a Forward Thinking Law Firm

Lucy Legal LLP is seeking an HR Manager to lead our HR operations within the Business Support function. You will oversee recruitment for legal and non-legal roles, manage employment relations, and shape learning and development programs in a law-firm context.

This role balances strategic oversight with hands-on delivery, partnering with Partners and senior management to attract and retain talent, design reward offerings, and ensure compliance with employment law.
