HR Advisor: Policy, Recruitment & People Growth

A leading recruitment agency is seeking an HR Advisor for a well-established food manufacturing business in Lincoln. The role focuses on policy and compliance within HR, and involves building relationships with managers, leading wellbeing initiatives, managing recruitment processes, and ensuring compliance with HR policies. Ideal candidates should have CIPD Level 5 or equivalent, provide strong HR support, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. This position is fully site-based, working Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours a week.
