HR Advisor: People, Policy & Performance Partner

NWS in Brighton seeks an HR Advisor to join our HR team. You will deliver practical, timely HR advice and support employee relations activity while contributing to HR initiatives that improve performance and employee experience.

Working with HR Business Partners, you will apply policies accurately, support absence management, track sickness data, and assist with HR metrics and payroll processes. Strong CIPD L5, Excel and communication skills are essential.
