HR Advisor: Manufacturing People & Engagement

Pilgrim's Europe is seeking an enthusiastic HR Advisor to join our HR team in Hyde. You will support day-to-day HR operations across the site and provide practical, compliant HR guidance to managers and employees.

In a fast-paced manufacturing environment, you'll work with the HR Business Partner to drive employee engagement, manage ER matters, and contribute to our people strategy while supporting apprenticeship programmes and local talent pipelines.
