HR Advisor: Employee Relations & Absence Management

Community Lives Consortium is recruiting a Full Time Human Resources Advisor to support the HR Manager and Senior HR Advisor in the daily operation of the department.

The role is generalist in nature with a focus on absence management, disciplinary procedures, and employment law application within Swansea, Neath and Port Talbot communities. 37 hours per week, 8:00-17:00, with a pro rata salary of £30,354.31.
